You may return a product within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges are free of charge — we will send the replacement item at no extra cost.

All returns must include a track & trace number.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–8 business days.

The total delivery time is therefore 2–10 business days.
