These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the online shop Lilly's Boutique.

The online shop is operated under the brand Lilly's Boutique by D&D Corporation B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands.

Section 1 – General Provisions

By using the online shop of Lilly's Boutique, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, the customer enters into a purchase agreement with Lilly's Boutique and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The online shop operates in accordance with applicable United States legislation and the laws of United States. These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded via the online shop.


Section 2 – Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed via the website of Lilly's Boutique 24 hours a day. To place an order, the customer must select a product, add it to the shopping cart and complete the order form. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete personal and contact information.

Payment can be made using the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards, including Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and American Express

  • Digital payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay

After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. The purchase agreement is concluded once payment has been successfully received by Lilly's Boutique.


Section 3 – Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, the order is dispatched and delivered within an estimated 2–10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Orders placed before 11:00 PM (EST time) are generally prepared for shipment on the next business day. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number.

Standard shipping is provided free of charge, unless stated otherwise on the website.


Section 4 – Returns and Exchanges

Customers have the right to return a product within 30 days of receiving the order, without stating a reason. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all labels and any accessories supplied.

To initiate a return, the customer must contact our customer service team by email and provide the order number. The customer will then receive return instructions and the return address. The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment and must use a shipping method that includes track and trace. The cost of the return shipment is borne by the customer.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 10 business days using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Product exchanges are possible within 30 days of receipt, provided the exchange concerns the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability. In the case of an exchange, both the return shipping and the shipment of the replacement product are free of charge. The exchange procedure follows the same process as a return.


Section 5 – Complaints and Damaged Products

If a product is delivered damaged or defective, the customer must refuse the delivery where possible or report the issue to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. The report must include clear photographs of the damaged product and the packaging.

Once the complaint has been reviewed and approved, the customer will receive either a replacement product free of charge or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.


Section 6 – Order Cancellation

The customer may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been processed. To cancel an order, the customer must contact our customer service team immediately.

After this cancellation period has expired, the order can only be returned in accordance with our applicable return policy.


Section 7 – Liability and Intellectual Property Rights

Lilly's Boutique shall not be held liable for the temporary unavailability of the website due to force majeure, technical disruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All content available on the website, including but not limited to product descriptions, texts, graphics, photographs and the overall design layout, is protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. This content is the property of Lilly's Boutique or its partners. Any copying, reproduction or use of such content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.


Section 8 – Protection of Personal Data

Personal data of customers is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. Customers have the right to access, correct or delete their personal data, as well as the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.


Section 9 – Amendments to the Terms & Conditions

Lilly's Boutique reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

Continued use of the online shop after changes have taken effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.


Section 10 – Prohibited Use of the Website

Users agree to use the Lilly's Boutique online shop in accordance with applicable laws, principles of proper conduct, and these Terms & Conditions. Any use of the website that may infringe the rights of Lilly's Boutique or third parties is strictly prohibited.

In particular, the following actions are not permitted:

  • Using the website for unlawful purposes, including the transmission of illegal, offensive, vulgar, defamatory or hateful content

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the website, servers or underlying IT systems

  • Engaging in activities that may disrupt or damage the operation of the website, such as transmitting viruses, spam, automated scans, hacking attempts or other actions that could compromise security

  • Copying, modifying, distributing or using any part of the website, including texts, images, logos or product descriptions, without prior written consent from Lilly's Boutique

  • Impersonating another person or providing false or misleading personal information

In the event of a violation of these provisions, Lilly's Boutique reserves the right to restrict access to the website, cancel orders and take appropriate legal action.
